Joshua Tuason was born and raised in San Francisco and began his training with the San Francisco Ballet School. He earned his BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College under the direction of Katie Langan. After graduation, he was a member of the Martha Graham Ensemble and currently works with Ellen Cornfield and Ian Spencer Bell. He joined the Stephen Petronio Company in 2009.
