Attention, New York City! Dancers! Brass musicians!
Let’s cause some mischief.
If you’ve ever had the fantasy of dancing with Stephen Petronio Company, this is your shot! Join Stephen Petronio on Friday, October 30 for a guided improvisation underneath the stunning instillation, “Fata Morgana” by Teresita Fernández at Madison Square Park.
Horn players, we need your help, too! The event will include a sound score to be executed on the spot, led by the amazing clarinetist, Mike McGinnis.
No need to prepare anything, folks. Just arrive ready to follow a physical score developed and conducted by Stephen Petronio. LUMINOUS MISCHIEF will take place outside, so please dress warmly and bring shoes!
