Stephen Petronio brings Bud Suite to New Victory Theater in NYC

Stephen Petronio Company joins Victory Dance to bring a signature Petronio work to young audiences in NYC plus a low-price ($10!) performance for public audiences. The Company will perform Bud Suite (2006), which features Petronio’s distinctive movement language, with its whirlwind partnering and fast forward gender play, along with music by celebrated songwriter Rufus Wainwright and cutting-edge fashion by Tara Subkoff. Also performing in the same program will be Pilobolus, Ayodele Casel, and Eva Dean Dance.
July 11-13 at 11am: school performances
July 12 at 7pm: public performance
